When placing a property on the market for sale or rent you must have in place an up to date Energy Performance Certificate.

Akin to the type of graphic used on kitchen domestic appliances, the EPC grades your property based on its energy efficiency and its impact on the local environment. An approved inspector must visit the property to asess it prior to the property being marketed.
