Once we know what you want we'll take you out, any time of the day, to view what we have available. Our trained negotiators are able to highlight every selling feature of every property.

Once you've chosen a suitable property we will invite you to place a holding deposit while we process your application and refrences, a process that will usually take about 48 hours.

Once your references are approved the tenancy agreement, inventory and other associated paperwork will be prepared and you will be invited in to sign them.

The move-in date is confirmed before which you will need to provide your full deposit and first month's rent. The holding deposit you placed at the start will go towards this amount.

On the day you move in we will meet you at the property, take meter readings of the utilities, talk you through the services and hand over the keys. We will transfer all the accounts in to your name.
