We contacted Village estates when our dream home came on the market. The lovely lady told me they had already received 4 offers on the house in 48 hours but she still organised for me to view it. I met with Jack at the house and he remained professional all the way, not giving me any hints of other offers, or game playing. This is one of the most stressful events to go through, seeing your dream home knowing it was virtually gone. Jack stayed calm and discreet and although I put in an offer, he waited for my husband to arrive from abroad 6 hours later. My husband also offered asking price and we waited. Jack called at 6pm to let us know our offer had been accepted. Knowing this house was so sought after, Jack could so easily have game played to increase the offer, I felt we were so desperate, we could jump off a cliff if we needed to, in order to get this house, but there was nothing to worry about. Our offer was accepted and went through. We are aware that other offers had been rejected but we played fair all the way, as did Jack and his company and we are grateful every day for no stress, no games, no messing around, just a smooth transaction. Would recommend these guys to anyone in Borehamwood & Elstree.
